It’s practical, playful, and always focused on creating lasting impact.

Back in the 80s, long before fancy teaching frameworks, there was a young and eager tour guide named Stefan. Freshly arrived in Bulgaria, full of energy and curiosity, he got his first assignment: tennis coach for Ving’s vacationers. One small problem, Stefan had never touched a tennis racket. But hey, how hard could it be? His colleague, equally clueless about tennis, agreed: we’ve got this!
So, their “training” began. Late at night, they snuck onto the tennis courts, armed with rackets and determination. They spent hours sweating, laughing, and chasing balls that flew off into the darkness.
After a few nights of this chaos, they had a revelation: professional tennis wasn’t in their future. But from their desperation, a genius idea was born.
When the guests arrived, Stefan and his colleague greeted them with big smiles and buckets of tennis balls. “We’re here to inspire you!” they announced. Guests were handed rackets and encouraged to practice their serves, backhands, and everything else. Meanwhile, Stefan and his partner made themselves comfortable in chairs by the court, cheering loudly and giving thumbs up.
Their method? Let the guests learn by doing, while keeping the mood light and fun.
And so, on a sunny tennis court in Bulgaria, Gameng’s teaching philosophy was born: practical, relationship-focused, and always with a touch of humor. Who needs perfection when every swing can be a victory?
